Las Vegas! The US city is famous for his casinos and parties. That’s why many Americans celebrate their 21 birthday there. It’s all about fun and having a good time. Unfortunately, you can’t visit a club or drink alcohol under 21 but in Las Vegas are many more things to to do besides partying. I visited LV twice and every time it was impressive. You feel like in a different world and it’s total worth the visit even under 21!
1. Las Vegas Sign

Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas! Don’t miss the icon sign! It will be crowded, so bring water, sun protection and time ;). I only visited the spot in day light but I think, it’s total worth it to see it in dark with all the lights. Another advice, don’t use your own car to drive there because they don’t have many parking spots. I recommend to use an Uber or the bus. Say cheese!
2. Watch the Fountains of Bellagio

Let yourself be enchanted by the Fountains of Bellagio. Every half an hour is the water show with different music, later at the evening even every 15 minutes. With more than thousand fountains dancing to the music and water which soaring as high as 460 feet into the air is it a fantastic places to enjoy the day and to be honest it’s also a really romantic spot!
3. High Roller

The high roller is with 167,6 meters ( 550-foot tall) the tallest ferries wheel in the world and opened to the public on March 31, 2014. You will get an awesome 360 degrees view in 30 minutes on Las Vegas strip.
4. Fremont Street Experience

The Fremont Street Experience is a pedestrian mall which is located in Downtown Las Vegas. To see the lights visit the Fremont Street in the evening. It’s for all ages and the whole day dancer, bands and performers will entertain you.
5. Take a look at the different hotel themes
Las Vegas is famous for is different hotel themes. You visit one city but you feel like that you been to many different countries at the same time. Take a closer look! In the morning you take a Gondola Rides at the Venetian, at lunch you visit the great Sphinx of Giza and in the evening you enjoy the view from the roof of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. You can do that in one day! Everything is possible in Las Vegas! At the strip are many hotels with different themes and are allow to walk in. Besides Paris, Giza and Venetian you will see New York, the castle of Excalibur, Roma and many more places.
6. Have fun!

With that I mean, relax at the pool or visit the Circus Circus Adventuredome Theme Park which is inside of the Circus Circus hotel. You have to walk a while through the casino. There are many fun things to do for adrenaline junkies. Another option is a ride at the Stratosphere. The Stratosphere is the tallest free-standing observation tower in the United States with 350 meters.
7. Madame Tussauds
Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas is a great location to get close to your favorite stars or to take great picture for instagram :D. I met Elvis Presley, Hulk, Drake, got married to Georg Clooney and met so many more stars. Unfortunately, they were not real. Obviously, they were made of wax but dreaming are allow, haha. It’s not so crowed, so I took my picture by myself with a tripod.
8. Zak Bagans’ The Haunted Museum

The Zac Bagans haunted museum is nothing for weak nerves! The building is known to contain ghosts/spirits and cursed objects which you maybe will see and feel in the one hours and fifteen minutes tour and in the more than 30 rooms. Unfortunately nobody under the age of 16 is allow in the museum. 16 und 17 years old may only enter with an adult. With 18 and up, like me, you can visit the house alone. Even if you’re not interest in paranormal activities it’s interesting to listen to the stories of the objects. You will feel like in a horror movie. It’s definitely spooky!
9. Seven Magic Mountains

This colorful stones were create by the Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone and were produced by the Art Production Fund and Nevada Museum of Art. The Seven Magic Mountains are free and they are only a 15-20 minutes car ride away from Las Vegas. The attraction is located in a desert, so it’s important that you bring enough water and be carful with the nature around (don’t leave trash behind, there are snakes…).
10. Watch a Las Vegas show

Obviously, the last point is to watch a Las Vegas show. Get fascinated by the colorful and crazy world of the city. You will find shows in every topic acrobatics, comedy to magic. For everybody is something there and it don’t have to be expensive.
I hope that you have a great vacation in Las Vegas!

Yes, Las Vegas is an interesting city with many options! I wrote the post because I visited Las Vegas twice when I was 21 years old and I didn’t found many posts what I could do there. Now I’m 21 and I want to go back. But after the pandemic π

I love this post! It is good to know things to do if you are not 21. There are so many other places to see and things to do in Vegas that gets overlooked because too many people just try to find the casinos.
