1. Basilica de la Sagrada Familia

The Sagrada Familia, designed by Antoni Gaudí, is an iconic basilica in Barcelona. Construction started in 1882 and is still ongoing. Known for its intricate design combining Gothic and Art Nouveau styles, the basilica features facades depicting Jesus Christ’s life. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of Barcelona’s artistic heritage, attracting millions of visitors each year. To go inside in the Sagrada Familia you have to buy a Ticket which costs around 26 euro. Even if you can’t/ don’t want to go in, it’s still worth it to go around and take a look at the impressive building. 

2. Mirador de Joan Sales 

At the entrancce to the Güell Park is a staircase that leads up. After endless stairs you are rewarded with an amazing view of the city. Park Güell, designed by Antoni Gaudí, is a famous public park in Barcelona known for its colorful mosaics and unique architecture. Originally a residential project, it became a public park in 1926. Key features include the Serpentine Bench and the mosaic dragon. The park offers stunning views of the city and showcases Gaudí’s distinctive style. Make sure to buy a ticket before your visit online. The ticket price is around 10 Euro.
